Neapolitan Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream Cream Cheese Icing

Yumm-These were a Cupcake Win for sure- I got the idea from COURTNEY at Sweet Tooth Sweet Life
I made them for company last night and I even had one....VERY rare for me since I never eat my Cupcake creations!
They were great-I made the pink and white swirl icing as well like she did (love this-It always looks great) but I don't know what happened...maybe too hot I don't know, but the icing just went flat-So I was irritated that I had to re-do it so I didn't bother with the two color! The second batch of icing was great and they looked so good!
 They looked so cute....even naked!
I made 18 but here is a 6 pack-I will be taking 12 into work today to get rid of them! We don't need these bad boys hanging around here!
 So yummy
Plus I love how they looked inside....so cute-And she is right you can really taste the different flavours!
Thanks again for the great idea!
PS I am never wearing that dress again! Looks weird on me.....
I am working Monday to Friday 3-11 this week-Gross but it's only one week then I am off for 9 days!

I'm a cupcake fanatic. I love baking them and trying out new recipes and sharing, sharing, sharing with others when I find a good one. I can't thank you ENOUGH for showing these to me. They look AMAZING and I can't wait to give 'em a go! My little guy's birthday is coming up and he loves strawberry and chocolate. Thanks SOOOO much for sharing! YES!

Thanks for stopping by my blog!

I am obsessed with frosting and those cupcakes look delicious. Right now I'm doing a sugar free challenge, but they look like a great treat for when I'm done!

And nice work on the race the other day!
