Breakfast this morning was 3/4 cups egg beaters with 1 cup of spinach. I added some heirloom tomato's and some light brie (12%MF) Just cause I felt like some cheese! I put it on some ww bread (only ended up having one piece of the bread). I added some salsa and a Tablespoon of Greek yogurt.
I love mornings.....
I have to work 3-11 so getting ready soon.
