I have a problem
So I was not happy with the icing on the Vanilla Chai Cupcakes so i sat and stewed for a while about it....it was bothering me so much. I actually scraped the icing off the cupcakes (2 dozen minis and 6 regular size) and made a new batch of Chai Butter cream and re-iced them. R liked the taste of the other icing better so I left him a dozen of the minis with the ugly icing.......K better now......
I work Monday and Tuesday day shift so I can't weigh in till Wednesday.....I get in trouble when I miss a day!!
